• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• This bedroom is an open loft with no door or full walls.
• The fireplaces in this home are inoperable and for decorative purposes only.
To reduce fire hazard, fireplace is not to be used.
• This home includes Hulu TV instead of Cable TV.
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• This home is street-level, so you may hear outside noise.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
