The house is located 23 km from Vannes and 20 km from the port of Crouesty on the peninsula of Rhuys.
This beautiful recent wooden house of 107 m², located in the municipality of Sarzeau in Penvins in the Gulf of Morbihan is near the beaches and the small tourist resort of Penvins, it will seduce you with its contemporary style.
Offering calm and luminosity with its large bay windows facing south, you can relax in this relaxing environment. It is the ideal house for your stay with friends or family by the sea!
On one level, this house has a bright living room composed of a very pleasant living room, which can accommodate 8 guests with a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, double Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). You will also appreciate the beautiful high ceiling of this living room.
The house offers you a total of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has a master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The third bedroom has bunk beds equipped with 4 single beds (ideal for children or teenagers). You will also find a second bathroom with a bathtub, a double sink and a separate toilet.
A closed garden (with outdoor furniture, parasol, deckchair and barbecue) as well as a large wooden terrace facing south will allow you to fully enjoy the Breton sun!
