This beautiful house of 133 m² totally renovated, located in the town of Arradon in the Gulf of Morbihan, offers you all the comfort you need. It is located a few steps from very nice coastal paths and near small family beaches.
On the ground floor:
It consists of a large bright living room, with a separate kitchen, fully equipped; 1 large double bedroom (with bed 160 x 200) overlooking the garden, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet; a sitting area with television.
On the second floor:
You will find 3 bedrooms: 1 spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds of 80 cm (ideal for children or teenagers); a bathroom with shower and sink.
A beautiful stone terrace and a closed garden of 400 m² will allow you to spend time outside. You can have your meals outside (table, chairs, garden furniture and barbecue available), or take a nap on the deckchairs.
Sheets and towels are provided.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
At your disposal also, tea towels, basic condiments; tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar,...
Baby bed, high chair and bathtub
You will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you the apartment and give you the keys. You will be immediately seduced by the location, the character and the charm of the place. See you soon !
